VIntage Barbie Francie Clone Shoes Blue Two Pairs Flowerette Close Toe Pumps

Barbie or Francie clone shoes, flowerette shoes have three holes, two in front and one in back, others have two and a hollow heel on the interior, are marked Hong Kong.  I think they would fit Francie or a doll with a lower instep better, they are right size for Barbie but because of her high instep, to me don't look quite right.  Please see pictures for condition.
